New Car Purchase April 8, 2014 @ Madison Honda, NJ I received a letter in the mail offering me the opportunity to trade in my 2009 Honda for a new car at Madison Honda. I had always had my car serviced I received a letter in the mail offering me the opportunity to trade in my 2009 Honda for a new car at Madison Honda. I had always had my car serviced at Madison Honda and always return due to its friendly and professional atmosphere. I was served by Richard Giordano, who determined a trade-in value and price for the new car of my choice in minutes. There were no surprises, no hidden fees, no fast talk; only a professional understanding of my desire to purchase a specific vehicle. Rich assured me that my car would be available the next day, and I put a deposit on it before leaving. Rich followed through, and even saw to it that my specific requests for preparing the car were honored. I arrived and Rich was ready to be my passenger for the test drive around the Madison neighborhoods. During our drive, he explained many of the new Civic's features to me - which was quite helpful. We returned to the dealership, processed paperwork, Rich gave me a private tutorial on how to work the features before I drove home in my new car this afternoon. My experience at Madison Honda has always been outstanding in the service department. As one does not buy a new car every day, this was my first experience at Madison Honda in purchasing a new car. After today's experience, I will recommend Madison Honda - and Richard Giordano - to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

I and my wife spent more than 3 hours there to have a new lease for 2014 Honda Odyssey EXL and to buy a new 2014 Pilot EXL. We get your price here. However, I did find out the Odyssey was from the other dealer, VIP due to they did not clean out the mark well. The salesperson was Mr. Paul Fuchs and he did work hard for us it get the deal done. Purchase of 2011 Honda After our old Nissan was wrecked in an accident this winter, we decided to go with Honda for a new (used) car. We didn't expect to find something we w After our old Nissan was wrecked in an accident this winter, we decided to go with Honda for a new (used) car. We didn't expect to find something we wanted the first time we went, but we found a 2011 grey Honda Civic that test drove very well. Mr. Fuchs, who handled the sale, was very helpful in getting through the process. It was a bit more than we hoped to spend coming in, but so far has handled very well (and has saved us the trouble of shopping around more and paying for a monthly Enterprise rental). The only real issue was a minor repair quirk: the car had a minor tire gauge issue due to the weather, but Mr. Fuchs spoke with us and the dealer gave us a rental while the sensors were reset. It's been fine since then. Since the tire quirk was an after sale issue, it didn't detract from the overall positive experience we had at the Madison office with Mr Fuchs. More
