Another great day at Madison Honda Yesterday I went into Madison Honda to get an oil change for my 2011 CR-V EX-L. I wanted to inquire about the process for turning in my car and leasin Yesterday I went into Madison Honda to get an oil change for my 2011 CR-V EX-L. I wanted to inquire about the process for turning in my car and leasing a new CR-V come September and get a sense of the cost. I was introduced to Paul and I liked him immediately! He was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. Without being pushy he kindly asked how interested I would be in turning in my CR-V that afternoon and driving away in a brand new 2014 CR-V EX-L. I laughed and with a huge grin on my face I said, "lets run the numbers". He was able to match my current payments and within the hour we had everything squared away despite the fact that I didn't have all the necessary info on me. Paul was able to overcome those hurdles and made the process incredibly easy and fun. When I drove away from Madison Honda yesterday I felt like I made a new friend and I'm over the moon about my brand new car. I LOVE IT!!! Thank you Paul! We had a 2013 Honda Accord EX 6 Cy. we went looking for a new one. I got three prices from true Car. Initially Madison was the highest. After my initial telephone conversation they dropped some before I g a new one. I got three prices from true Car. Initially Madison was the highest. They told me that the price I was quoted from Auto sport Honda would not be fulfilled. They were correct in the end. I said I owed it to myself and needed to try. I visited Autosport and had a terrible experience. We came back to Madison. We have had our older car serviced by them only. I wanted a lower price and to at least match Autosports quote. At the end they worked with me. We agreed at a price and got the car. They are ALL pleasant people to work with. Mo is very nice and easy to work with. I found Madison Honda to be honest and upfront.
