My sales Consultant, Mark at Madison Honda was very helpful, patient and accomodatable. He found me the perfect match what I was 'really' looking for (which I was unable to find on the web) from its ne helpful, patient and accomodatable. He let me and my wife go for 3 test drives 2 local and 1 highway (picking up my wife on the way) on a busy Saturday. Despite having to leave for almost 4 hours in the afternoon. when I returned to Madison Honda Mark got everything ready and I drove my new car home on the same day. On my way home I noticed that Mark set up classical music channel from XM satelite radio for me and my daughter - he remembered we enjoyed listening to WQXR FM (NPR classical music channel) from the second test drive. Theresa and Lauren, internet sales and Maureen, business manager were also friendly and helpful. Maureen kindly setting up teleconference with my wife to complete paperwork. This is my 2nd purchase from Madison Honda and 3rd Hondas to be taken care of at their 'appointmentless' service dept, for regular check up/maintenance. I am very pleased with my experience at Madison Honda, my salesperson was Kamal Bawa who approached me within the first three minute of my walking onto the dealership lot. Within the first 30 minutes Kamal and I were test driving a car and two days later I was driving off the lot with my new but used car! Kamal was excellent in his approach and detailing the process which was smooth and painless. When I came to pick up my car; Maureen finalized my paperwork and she continued the service standard and I was out the door within one hour. I also loved the Honda gift bag filled with goodies, the free snacks and hot drink, in conclusion the best part of the deal was my new car, I'm telling everyone who asks me about changing cars that "my Caddy wouldn't start, so I'm hugging my Honda" (lol). I visited Madison Honda to find a reliable and affordable compact used car. Paul Fuchs was our salesman, and as we had called ahead he had already selected certain vehicles for me to consider. His choice of vehicles was very appropriate for me and in my price range. We test-drove a couple of cars and Paul was very attentive, demonstrating to me every detail and feature of each car. He made sure to highlight all the attractive features as well as bring up points that differentiate the vehicles from one another. He did not push me or use any tricks to sway my decision or pressure me to spend more money than I wanted to. He is very polite and will make you feel comfortable, as he has a great sense of humor and will repeatedly offer you coffee, tea, or anything to make you more comfortable. When it came time to pay for the vehicle, I dealt with business manager Maureen Walters, who is very skilled at her job and was able to fit 40 minutes of work into 10 minutes (I was in a rush). Overall, I am extremely pleased with Madison Honda and its employees. I am very satisfied with the deal I got on the car and I am enjoying driving it around. More
