I had such a great experience working with Brian in sales and Maureen in finance. From the test drive through driving away in my new car, I was completely satisfied and felt great about my new purchase. I felt comfortable throughout thanks to everyone at Madison honda, especially Brian who guided me through the entire process. He basically took care of everything, making it so easy. I know the Saturday I came to pick up my car was a busy one but Brian and Maureen didn't make me feel rushed at all. Even when I called to say I was running late, Brian still accommodated me. I'm so happy with my new car and will certainly recommend Madison Honda again and again!! More
I have been buying new cars from Madison Honda for 15 years and dealing with Jacob Feldon as a sales consultant for about 10. I have also been taking my Hondas there for scheduled maintenance. Jacob is a knowledgeable and well informed sales consultant and makes the buying process as efficient as possible. The service department is also very efficient and fair. I have nothing but the highest praise for Madison Honda in both the purchsing and service process. More
My wife and I stopped in on a Monday to test drive the new Honda Accord. Jacob greeted us within a few minutes of arriving at the dealership and took us out for a test drive of both the the 4 cylinder and new Honda Accord. Jacob greeted us within a few minutes of arriving at the dealership and took us out for a test drive of both the the 4 cylinder and six cylinder models giving a good overview of the features on both cars. My wife preferred the 6 cylinder EXL and wanted the car in obsidian blue. They did not have a car in that color on the lot but Jacob said it would not be a problem to locate one in that color. He called the next day saying he had located an EXL V6 in the color she wanted. He negotiated a fair price with me and that Friday I placed a down payment on the car. The next day the car was at the dealership and my wife and I set up an appointment with Jacob to inspect and test drive the car. She was extremely happy with the car and after dropping her off, Jacob took our check, got me in with the finance manager to complete the paperwork associated with the sale and within an hour I was out of the dealership. Out of all the cars we have purchased over the years, this was by far the easiest transaction to date. Any time we were at the dealership we never really had to wait long to accomplish what we were there to do. Jacob was friendly and professional. The finance manager was good at explaining the paperwork and additional service and warranty service options available for purchase and she did not try to oversell me on anything I was not interested in. It helped that we had done our homework and knew the car we wanted to buy and the average purchase price paid. While we can't speak for every staff member at the dealership, we can recommend Madison Honda based on our experience with Jacob and the finance manager we dealt with. More

Called Madison Honda and spoke to the Internet Sales Manager Teresa. Asked if they could do a certain price on an Odyssey + TTL. After she spends 5-10 minutes talking w/ a manager of some sort, she come Manager Teresa. Asked if they could do a certain price on an Odyssey + TTL. After she spends 5-10 minutes talking w/ a manager of some sort, she comes back on the phone and says they can do that price. Now after I take the time to drive there and wait to speak with someone, suddenly that price is impossible. Initially they wanted $800 more, finally their best offer was approximately $500 more than the price promised on the phone. I bought the vehicle elsewhere that same day for about $50 more than this 'impossible price'. What they tell you on the phone is meaningless. They simply want to get you in the door, completely disregarding the value of your time. More
