Kamal was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and the main reason we stayed and worked the 'deal' out. Went into Madison Honda deciding between a Jeep or a Honda SUV. Met Richard Giordano, and we took the SUV out for a test drive. Once back at the dealership, I was pretty sold on the car. He went into the back room, came out a minute or two later and matched exactly what I wanted to pay. I was extremely happy about this. The rest of the process was a breeze. Picked up the car two days later and took it home. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Richard was a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process. He was very patient with all of her questions and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The day we picked up the car, he gave her a comprehensive walk through on how to work every button on the touch screen dash board, and we left the lot with her new car synched to her cell phone : ) He even called the following day to make sure she did not have any questions about her new car. This dealer is tops. Superb mechanical service. That's why I drive about 20 miles from my home to get here. I keep my cars in perfect condition and only get them dealer-serviced. This is my fourth Honda Accord and I am thrilled with it, as I have been with my previous three.
