Adrian Secreto was great. Terrific customer service. Since we didn't have a car, he came and showed us the car at our house, and later picked us up again. I complained and while the manager wasn't too helpful, Adrian made some effort to keep us happy. So I'll chalk this off as a misunderstanding.
