Unlike other dealers, here we could make 3 driving test before to talk about prices and credit things and that's what we wanted. When you want to buy a car, you want to see the cars and drive the cars... you don't want they ask you "how will you pay they car?" before you can see the cars. Adrian was extremely respectful of my schedule during the move, making every accommodation to work with me during any free time I had. The lease price was very reasonable and at no point did I feel pressured. In fact, I would say that the experience was much better than ones I have had in the past because it did not feel like a sales environment at all. After the sale was complete, the team went the extra mile, finding and returning an item I had accidentally left in the leased car I had turned in. This was our second time making a purchase with this dealer, the first time was in 2005 and than again in December of 2013. We started our shopping thinking we would purchase a new car, but ended up ch dealer, the first time was in 2005 and than again in December of 2013. We started our shopping thinking we would purchase a new car, but ended up choosing a certified pre-owned 2011 Accord. We made 3 trips to the dealership over the course of a week to look at Honda's and the first two time's we went, we worked with Rich looking and test driving cars. It is a big decision and of course we wanted to make the right choice. I can only imagine how frustrating it was for them between my wife, my 2 1/2 year old and my-self. My wife and I finally agreed to take the plunge, but before we pulled the trigger on this purchase she wanted me to also consider a certified car. We found one on their website that looked like a good fit. Low mileage, certified and had the sunroof and Bluetooth that I was looking for. I arrived promptly for my 9am appointment for the 3rd visit to the dealership and learned that Rich whom I'd been working with had called out. He was so helpful during our first two visits, probably spent like 4 or 5 hours working with. I gave him a ring and he promptly set me up with another sales person, Mark. I let him know which vehicle from the pre-owned lot I was interested in. He pulled the vehicle up, and than proceeded to go through the, will this work with my phone and so on. We spent a good long time doing the head to tow on the used car. Once we were out on the road, and normally the dealers don't want you to stray too far, but it was used so I wanted to get it on the highway, feel everything. No problem there and than he took me into a hilly area. Great experience during the test drive, gave the car another once over and once I decided to pull the trigger on the car it was smooth sailing from there. I had done my research so I knew price wise where we should hopefully land. The negotiation was, easy and straight forward, took 10 minutes to hammer out the details of the car price and trade value and I got a bunch of extras that I was not expecting. All said and done I was home by noon for lunch with my family, with our new car. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks. More
