We were lucky enough to have won a raffle where the grand prize was a 2014 Honda Accord. We couldnt be happier! We own two Hondas already, and were so pleased to have won another car that out-performs & out prize was a 2014 Honda Accord. We couldnt be happier! We own two Hondas already, and were so pleased to have won another car that out-performs & out-lasts all other cars that we have owned. We get to the dealer, and we are met by the manager, David Lee. He is welcoming and friendly. He introduces us to the sales associate, Adrien Scareto who, again, offered up superior customer service. He was kind and patient and took the time to answer all of our questions about our new car. We were pleased when Adrien took more time to go through all the new features on our new car as well. It was a little overwhelming at first, but he took the time and set up our new car with the settings to our liking. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership supplied superior customer service. We also met with a man named Mike who tied up all the loose ends, and completed all the necessary paperwork to secure our new car. He offered us a substantial warranty for a very good price. If i had to rate my overall experience at Madison Honda, I would give it an outstanding rating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks for a reference. We will be driving Hondas for years to come. The quality and service is unbeatable!! More

Sam was, by far, the best person to handle my first time car buying experience. He was patient, NOT pushy, and didn't make me feel pressure to purchase something right away. Once he had my business, however, he went above and beyond to help me drive my rental car back to Hertz and get my trade in to the dealership (I was by myself) so that I was able to have my brand new car to drive home in the evening. He took his time explaining everything to me, from small details to significant ones. Jacob was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and was extremely accommodating with the trade-in and getting me my first choice of color.
