The music and being out at tables discussing was very overwhelming; a sensory overload! After we made a deal and came to pick up the car it was very difficult to hear the insurance carrier on the phone a overwhelming; a sensory overload! After we made a deal and came to pick up the car it was very difficult to hear the insurance carrier on the phone and concentrate. The other salespeople had to be really loud to talk to their customers. I ended up with a headache. My salesman was very nice though. Please make it an option to go into one of the separate rooms.
