The music and being out at tables discussing was very overwhelming; a sensory overload! After we made a deal and came to pick up the car it was very difficult to hear the insurance carrier on the phone a overwhelming; a sensory overload! After we made a deal and came to pick up the car it was very difficult to hear the insurance carrier on the phone and concentrate. The other salespeople had to be really loud to talk to their customers. I ended up with a headache. My salesman was very nice though. Please make it an option to go into one of the separate rooms. Disappointed. Brought vehicle in for some accessories to be installed, free detail from being new customer. Dropped vehicle off early with an 11am appointment. Cal Brought vehicle in for some accessories to be installed, free detail from being new customer. Dropped vehicle off early with an 11am appointment. Called around 4pm as didn't hear anything. Was told would be completed shortly. When arrived they were still finishing up. Recieved vehicle back. Was happy with accessory install. However, the detail that was supposed to be done, didn't seem like it was. My front floor boards were vacuumed but nothing else looked like was done. I am unaware of what is included in the detailing, but was told when recieved that value was around $200. Would of been acceptable to know that with install that they had ran out of time and detail wasn't done. Would like to know what was supposed to be included with the detail so I would know. As the dash, steering column still had dust on it. Smudge mark on passenger door that wasn't originally there when dropped off. No windows cleaned and nothing done on the outside of vehicle. Have dealt with other Chevy dealers and was giving Maguire a try. My wife has also purchased from Maguire Hyundai as well. Figured give Chevy a try. More
