Disappointed in dealerships attitude. Went there to buy my daughter her first car. Sales lady Loan was amazing, very helpful and patient. That made all the difference since this was a very big choice for a first car. She really went all out to make us feel comfortable, and gave us space to make the right decision. Was disappointed in the dealership itself, because they flat out refused to negotiate about the price at all. They refused to go down one sent from the listed price, even though we said we are going to buy the extended warranty. Was very disappointed in this unwillingness of them to even try and negotiate a better price. If my daughter didn’t have her heart set on that car we would’ve walked away in a heartbeat. More
