lousy job received on my oil change. tire rotation was done but hook was not close for me. It would fly away if I drove on highway if I don't check my tires. Maita has lost the personal service touch we experienced when we started getting our vehicles serviced there in ~2014. Has slowly gone downhill and this latest fiasco was the straw that broke the camels back. We won’t be returning; I’ll just make a longer drive to another dealership or get service at a non-dealership provider. More
