Paying for service On 09/20/2019, I brought in my 2017 Prius for service and a rattle in the dash. The rattle was diagnosed as a lose geo sensor lens cover. I was charg On 09/20/2019, I brought in my 2017 Prius for service and a rattle in the dash. The rattle was diagnosed as a lose geo sensor lens cover. I was charged $160.00 for this service, which I previously reviewed as being unreasonable as I believe this rattle is a defect. I haven’t had any feedback about my complaint. Then on October 1, while attempting to use my GPS my Prius kept giving me inaccurate driving instructions. I finally used my iPhone to get to where I needed. As I drove to Maita Toyota on Business 80, my Prius GPS showed me to be in Natomas and driving off-road. I was told that I needed to make an appointments for this repair. On October 7, 2019, I took my car in to Maita Toyota. After a 3-1/2 hour wait, my car was repaired. It was found that the antenna was not plugged in. So now not only have I paid for a service that I didn’t feel I should have and now I spent 3-1/2 hours more of my time for a related mistake or problem. I believe that Inshould n Be reimbursed for the $160.00. More

Excellent sales experience, closing is the usual upsell game Maita Mazda salesperson Kelly was awesome. He was calm, low pressure and very knowledgeable of his product. Closing was the usual stoic finance experience with the mandatory upselling psyche out game I do not appreciate. Here is what I mean, the sales person is amazing and sells the reliability of the car. The finance guys says “all cars breakdown .... even new or relatively new Mazda’s.” So, finance guy made a compelling argument and I did value the stable operational cost argument but his level of patience was limited (consistent looking at watch) and this creates and uncomfortable buying experience. Maybe spending a little more time on explaining the insurance/warranty product and allowing for the customer to take their time deliberating and deciding before spending 2k additional might yield the same sales result and no sweat if it does not. I appreciate Maita dealerships and Mazda in particular was a good experience ... just wanted to provide constructive feedback. Salesman Kelly was much appreciated and we will be back in the future. More
