Disappointed! So I setup a appointment to look at a vehicle with a particular person who I emailed. When I show up on that day he (Stoney Vasquez) was not there. I was going to leave but however, Wilber came and introduced himself and took me to look at the vehicle and test drive it. Then, I negotiated for the price and it took way too long. I was about to leave then Tyler and I finally came to a agree price that I had agree upon when I first got there with Soney. But it took 3 hours for that to happen which wasted entire day of my time. Then when we went to financing the numbers look different from What we agreed on with the Wilber because I told them I didn’t want the optional dealer equipment that was $1688 but they said we had to get it or they would be losing money which I knew they weren’t. So I got feed up and just let them added to my financing. More

My experience with Jason Saephanh, service advisor I was really happy with the service Jason has provided me. He was very professional, polite and had lot of knowledge. He took care of me from start to I was really happy with the service Jason has provided me. He was very professional, polite and had lot of knowledge. He took care of me from start to end and even went extra mile to provide me Uber to pick me up from home after i dropped 1 car home and went to pick another car from service dept. I went first thing in the morning when your service dept opened. Though it was so early, Jason's smile on his face while serving me made my day. I felt that i was in the good hands. I would recommend to have a employee like Jason which will really take the company forward. Thanks , Jason and i wish you all the best. Keep up the good work. More

Professional, helpful and friendly I was greeted by the staff first thing, then taken into Bob and he reviewed my car (I had just bought used) and reviewed the service history and ascer I was greeted by the staff first thing, then taken into Bob and he reviewed my car (I had just bought used) and reviewed the service history and ascertained that it was due for the 20K service (free as it was just within the 2 yr period), the CVT transmigration that needed a software update, and then worked with the Parts Desk and took care of the key fob concern (Lou from Parts was awesome).
