Deceitful - Overall Unfortunated Experience Buying RAV4 2018 The financial manager was deceitful. He added over $5k on my final price, and unfortunately (based on trust) I signed the sales contract without readi The financial manager was deceitful. He added over $5k on my final price, and unfortunately (based on trust) I signed the sales contract without reading. Once I complained, he cancelled those charges, but he didn't give me any refund (I paid 5K cash down payment). He said it will be deduct from my loan, which means I am paying interest on that money. The sales manager also offered poor service after the sales was over. This was my very first experience purchasing a car in California, and I had the most unpleasant experience. Luck didn't favor me this time. More

A Corolla in the 80’s that went through 3 kids as new drivers, a 99 Camry that was passed to my sister & then to her daughter & is still going strong, to my 2006 Rav 4 that is amazing after 13 years & 152,000 miles thanks to Maita!!!
