Never received call back as promised I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday. The tech found an oil leak by the timing cover. Service advisor quoted me $2,000 to I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday. The tech found an oil leak by the timing cover. Service advisor quoted me $2,000 to fix. I knew I had an extended warranty. Advisor couldn't find it in the system which I thought was odd since I bought the car there. He said he would call me on Monday to confirm my warranty and make sure it covered the repair. He never called. I found the warranty in my glove box. I called back on Wednesday. Advisor is on vacation until next week. Nobody else there to help me. Not exactly the service I was expecting. More
