It is Richa We are beyond grateful for the phenomenal customer service we experienced at Maita Toyota thanks to our internet sales rep Richard Midson! It is Richard's genuine relatable approach that made our whole vehicle purchase experience easy and enjoyable. It's hard to believe 'easy' and 'enjoyable' are terms we would use to describe buying a new car. We requested an internet sales quote for a new Prius and later connected with Richard via phone. It was one of the most pleasant conversations I have ever had with a sales person. Richard is relaxed in his conversation and provides the information you need (without the pressure we expect from sales). My impression is that he is just focused on having a good conversation whether it leads to a sale or not. Richard gave us a quote on a car that was closest to what we wanted in their inventory and it beat a quote from another dealer. It helps that Maita is behind their internet sales team. We set up a time to look at the car with Richard and we were in NO hurry to buy it. Well, we bought it!
