They are quick and friendly trying to get you into a new vehicle but when it’s time to process your information pay off your existing vehicle as your trade-in they drop the ball every time! They failed to return phone calls and suddenly the customer is not important anymore. They don’t follow through on their service contract either when you need service on your vehicle all of a sudden you become second-class citizen. I would not recommend going to Maita Toyota. More

Maintenance Without an Appointment I needed the 15,000 mile maintenance check and hadn't made an appointment so I phoned Maita and was told to come in. I was able to drive home before the afternoon rush hour clogged the roads. More
