Also outdoor guy was fast, professional - Only glitch was my appointment was in 35min and I had to wait almost 15 mins for valet to get my car out front. If it was going to take that long I should hcvw gone to valet before service manager. I was worried about getting there on time if traffic got bad. More

Excellent service but I always go to Maita Toyota to get my car serviced because their customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond when servicing my car. The I always go to Maita Toyota to get my car serviced because their customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond when servicing my car. The only problem I had this last visit is that the estimated time I was given was 2 hours, but I ended up waiting for my car twice as long. I wouldn’t have minded as much if someone let me know why, but I didn’t find out until my car was ready. In the end, the mechanic was just doing everything he could to service a certain part of my car. So, I still give 5 stars for their service. More

Minor repair issue. Staff is always courteous and helpful in communications. Today’s appointment went smoothly although nothing complex just regular maintenance. I needed to return back to the dealership in that when they changed the cabin air filter they did not align the glove compartment door correctly so it couldn’t close. They must not have tried to open it otherwise they would immediately know that it wasn’t installed properly. Wasted an extra hour coming back to the dealership. Obviously if they try to check their work it would have apparent. Do not remember any staff members name. I picked a name so that I could submit this evaluation! More
