Waiting area is comfortable. My only issue was I declined a car wash or rinse that service dept offers -- I had just had a special, expensive car wash & detail the day before. But service dept did it anyway (which kept me waiting another 10 minutes) and because they didn't dry it, there were water spots all over my pretty car. But otherwise, I would always recommend Maita. More

Oil Change only took 4 hours with an appointment! I had an appointment for 11 am and arrived early for it. I waited in the drive to be checked in for 30 minutes! There was a line for people with appointments, another line for people without appointments, and another line for people with some kind of service they prepaid for, like a service contract agreement. Way too many customers at once. I felt like my appointment didn't mean anything. Their service department is overwhelmed with too many customers. The service coordinator told me the wait would be 1.5-2 hours, which I thought seemed like a long time since I had an appointment. It ended up being FOUR hours! That is an unacceptable length of time for an oil change. When my car was done I was given printouts with conflicting information on it about problems seen on my car. Zack told me he'd type something up and send it to me in email to explain the findings but I didn't receive anything. It's too bad because this used to be a good place for an oil change - I've been going there for many years. I won't go back. More
