3 1/2 Hour Oil Change My recent experience at Maita service center was extremely disappointing. I came in for a courtesy oil change for which I had an appointment. This a My recent experience at Maita service center was extremely disappointing. I came in for a courtesy oil change for which I had an appointment. This appointment was confirmed by the service center and I showed up 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. I was told that the entire service would take 1 hour. After 2 hours of waiting, I had to hunt down my service manager to be told that they were waiting on a part (the oil filter). Given that I had made an appointment for this service it would be understandable to assume that this part would have been acquired ahead of said service. I was told it would be about another hour. I did not drive off the lot for another 90 minutes. While they did comp me with another free oil change, this degree of poor service is unacceptable and I am contemplating whether or not I want to capitalize on another “free” oil change as I don’t want to kill another day. The least they could have done was offer me some coffee or something complimentary from their snack bar. More

I Felt Invisible When I pulled into the appointment lane [for my scheduled appointment], the attendant (and there was a young man stationed beside my car - at a makesh When I pulled into the appointment lane [for my scheduled appointment], the attendant (and there was a young man stationed beside my car - at a makeshift podium/desk) did not acknowledge, greet, approach, or assist me. I lingered a bit; yet, still, I was not assisted. I decided to go inside... I had to initiate greetings with the first individual I could make eye contact with. Needless to say, I was not greeted by a single Toyota employee / servicemen(women) even though several of them looked my way. A number of them were not even occupied. Disappointing "service" that I will not be returning for in the future. Little courtesies go a long way. More

They forgot Customer Services On May 16th purchased a Toyota Corrolla. I new what car I was going to purchase but not where. The reason I picked Maita was because it was a dealers On May 16th purchased a Toyota Corrolla. I new what car I was going to purchase but not where. The reason I picked Maita was because it was a dealership with a name I knew. But after purchasing the car, and agreeing to come up in price by $500, I had the worst experience. They had me waiting to see the last person before viewing my paperwork, over an hour, might have been an hour and a half wait. Then I was very tired of waiting they showed me the carfax that let me know their had been an accident but did not give me any information. They were the owners of the car when the accident occurred but I did not realize that. Also, I had great credit and they finaninced me with terrible rates. I was so mad, they did not take care of me as a customer. They are looking out lonely for themselves. When I told Ron how I felt. He said, I don't pick the fanancing. And your upset because you had a long wait? More
better care of belongings. I was pleased that my truck ac was fixed but the disarray that my truck interior was in was unacceptable. My glove box items looked like they were utterly thrown back in. I would suggest in the future if items are removed from a storage area that they are placed in a bag and returned in the bag so as not to just throw the items back in, especially the glove box. Very unsettling. This is not the first time either. To check the cabin filter you have to remove the glove box. It seems like it could be done with more care. More
