better care of belongings. I was pleased that my truck ac was fixed but the disarray that my truck interior was in was unacceptable. My glove box items looked like they were ut I was pleased that my truck ac was fixed but the disarray that my truck interior was in was unacceptable. My glove box items looked like they were utterly thrown back in. I would suggest in the future if items are removed from a storage area that they are placed in a bag and returned in the bag so as not to just throw the items back in, especially the glove box. Very unsettling. This is not the first time either. To check the cabin filter you have to remove the glove box. It seems like it could be done with more care. More

Friendly. Helpful. Not pushy. Act w/passionate earnest. We had an appt w/another fellow but we met Mr. Eric Pedersen when we arrived at Maita Toyota. Mr. Pedersen has great salesmanship & made my sister & I We had an appt w/another fellow but we met Mr. Eric Pedersen when we arrived at Maita Toyota. Mr. Pedersen has great salesmanship & made my sister & I quite comfortable. My sister & I very much appreciated his calm aura. The test drive was relaxing. The Avalon Hybrid along w/all its widgets & gadgetry were intuitive & engaging. Mr. Pedersen arranged for all the informal consumer education on this Avalon that I had needed to buy. Mr. Pedersen was present to be helpful w/additional info. However, he made space & this allowed me to negotiate w/his boss. The bargain, barter & trade see-sawed but not in a way of a power struggle. I was able to turn in my gas guzzler for an eco-friendly vehicle w/great mileage, some estimated 40 mi. per gallon. Everything was stressed free or at least light calories stress. It was quite helpful that Mr. Pedersen posseses wizardry expertise on high-tech vehicles w/his background as a technician that he correctly diagnosed & fixed technical difficulties of my hybrid's battery. This saved me enormous amount of time that I would have to take off from work. This Avalon Hybrid purrs like a kitten & practically silent on ignition when the engine turns over. Mr. Pedersen established such a constructive momentum that buying this Hybrid & environmentally vehicle is so worthwhile. Thank you for explaining everything so well. Mr. Pedersen didn't voluntarily share his life story. I asked during the lengthy car-buying process. The man is a flower that blooms in adversity. Thank you Victor Donato in the financing department for explaining the benefits & perks of warranties especially for vehicles w/edge of the envelope & fly-by-wire technologies.
