A little confusing for a first timer. First time customer for a 6 month service on my new car. The first person I spoke with does not identify himself. Then he tells me someone else will take of me. I wait and since nobody shows up. I go inside and they tell me someone will come out. Ryan Giffin arrives. He is pleasant and professional. When I came back to pick up the car, I dealt with Ryan. No problem. He sent me to the VALET desk who tells me my car is ready and I walk to the car. There is no key inside. Finally the valet person arrives with the key.he apparently had forgotten to give it to me. This procedure needs to be explained to first time customers. It was confusing.it may be routine for the staff but not for someone new. More

When it came time to do the financing, Sami was impeccable with the process, not robotic, but someone who really knows and has perfected the flow of paperwork. More
