I went back and forth about different models, colors, the year, the prefered mileage, budget, etc. The only thing that was certain, is that I wanted a Tundra. I asked for pictures of everything, and asked a bazillion questions. I dragged this out via emails and texts for over four months. Jonny De La Cruz was amazing, he never gave up on me. He answered every question, sent me photos when I asked, and kept me updated on the inventory. He was very honest , friendly and genuine. While I don't think I'll be in the market for a new truck anytime soon, I will absolutely be a returning customer. Thank you! I must also give a shout out to the finance manager who helped me finance my truck, Darrel Barber. He really went out of his way to make the process quick and easy. He answered all my questions and explained all that icky paperwork in a way so that I understood what I was signing. Thank you! More
