Appointment 2/4/2020 Had appointment for 8:59 am and the representative was promptly at my car door when I pulled in. I can't give 5 stars due to the person who took my call for the appt. told me I could get the coupon. Once checked in I was told I could not due to the type of vehicle I had. Provide coupon deals to all cars even if a little higher for one type. Plus, this time it took a while to get to a customer service person. They usually have someone available immediately. Additionally, once I got my car back the settings were changed and the seat had been changed. Don't change my settings!!!! It looked like my radio and fan settings were not working. Also, you can back the seat up but don't change the back settings!!! They don't have to drive far for the service so leave the seat alone other than backing it up. It took me 5 minutes or more to get every back and I am still having issues getting the seat where I want it again. More
