Better than other dealerships We took our other car to a Chrysler dealer ship ( not a Toyota car) earlier that same day. They took longer to get us in even with an appt. The TV, Coffee/Snack outlet, and of course looking at new cars makes the time go by faster. I set a service appointment with Marlon and he graciously offered an Uber ride to the house but since I wasn’t in a hurry I just enjoyed a cup of coffee and some pastries in the spacious waiting lounge. Before I knew it an hour had passed already and my Sienna was ready, I got a comprehensive report on the car so I know what to look out for in the coming maintenance visits and a copy was emailed to me as well. Knowledgable staff in sales, service, parts, finance I brought my 2005 Camry in for a regular service. With 167,000 miles on it, I decided it was time to look at new cars because of two factors. I wanted a hybrid to save on fuel and I wanted to downsize to a smaller car with all the new safety features. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. While my car was being serviced, I looked at and test drove a 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. It drove smoother than I expected. The new technology is not too complex for me (and I am 78 years old). I love the upholstery and I never thought I would get other than leather. I was disappointed that there was no A/C vent or charging port in the back seat. I believe the trade in price was too low but I ended up driving home in a new car and was home by noon. More
