100,000 mile Maintenence I texted Thursday afternoon requesting maintenance on Friday. Even with short notice, I was scheduled for 820am. Customer service was great. Everything went well, car works great. I had an appointment at 10:20, the service writer was waiting for me and processed my request immediately. Great customer service ! Everyone was great, answered all of my questions, gave me quotes, and were very professional. My service advisor gave me my tire rotation and inspec ! Everyone was great, answered all of my questions, gave me quotes, and were very professional. My service advisor gave me my tire rotation and inspection even though it was 30 days past because the warranty was up 30 days before the maintenance light came on for my 25,000 mi service. Which i wasn't aware it worked like that. It was great to have a nice large waiting area with plenty of seating, nice tvs, plug ins for your phone, a cafe, text updates, and even a LARGE SHIP for kids to play on. First time I've ever seen that. GREAT JOB MAITA! THANK YOU!! I hope I got my service guys name right. More

Had a low tire pressure light I was upset that I had to make an appointment to get the tire aired up. I wanted to see if the light would come back on if I had added air, then I wo I was upset that I had to make an appointment to get the tire aired up. I wanted to see if the light would come back on if I had added air, then I would know the tire had a problem. I went to Les Schwab and had it aired within 5 minutes. Then when the light came on again, I made an appointment to get it taken care of. On-line appointment showed next available was in July. Not acceptable. Called and got in the next day. When I went to pick up the car, my service person was off and I didn't know the name of the person who called me so I had to wait around while staff searched to find who I needed to see. Nott very efficient system. First time I've had this low lever of experience. More
