Long wait for a scheduled appt. Andrew was great wasn’t his fault that my car might need new brakes and tires soon... even though I only bought the car 3 months ago. When I pulled up I was the third car in line and no one acknowledged me and I was a good 15 minutes. They offered a free car wash but then didn’t do it so I had to ask again and wait even longer to get that. and I choose to do the tire rotation but didn’t know it would be a 25 dollar charge until Andrew told me. So for only having the car 3 months I feel a little sad I will need new tires so soon, next 5,000 miles. I will have spent more money on this car this year then I did my 97 Cadillac I had for 3 years. so Andrew again great easy to talk to and listened to me vent. Just feel like the car I received could have been a little more upfront with what could be wrong with it. I didn’t think to ask because it was new and only had 17,000 miles. I also didn’t receive a full tank of gas when bought it, literally the gas light came on driving the car off the lot and I was missing the rear floor mat. Little things that matter when you by a 18,000 car that I will pay 30,000 for. but you asked me to do the survey so I answered honestly. More
