Maita Totyota Collison down the street performed the repairs. After getting the car back we had to take it back in twice more because the blind spot/RCTA stopped working. Come to find out our adjuster reccommneded and paid the collision center for a new system but they tried to pull a fast one and only recalibrated it. Hence why we had to take it back in twice. So they finally installed a new system. We also had to get our passenger seat tightened because it squeaked. A couple weeks later we hit a nail and get a flat. Took it into maita toyota and they said they couldnt repair it and that we need a new tire, which is not covered under warrantee. I tried to explain our bad experiences with this car to the sales rep but he didn't really seem to care. Asked about any discounts or anything they could do to help us, and they weren't willing to help us. Charged us full price for a new tire. A lot of this is out of their control, but was hoping they'd be willing to give us a discount or something to help us out and make us feel better about our situation. Unfortuanlety they didnt care. First time buying a toyota and probably the last. More

My one complaint is that the tires (even with the discount) are more expensive at Toyota than at tire places in town, so I ended up going elsewhere to get tires. Other than that, Bryce was very helpful and knowledgeable. More

From when I drive in, the lot porters are always very welcoming, making sure I have everything I need and offering help, to the service advisor that makes sure I fully understand what is being done to my vehicle and explain what my vehicle needs to keep it going without adding any unnecessary services. I will go here for anything my car needs. More

They finished the work ahead of schedule and the service tech was explaining the recall work and the 210,000 mile service. I told him that the car only has 36,000 miles and was only there for a recall. There was a mix-up in the paperwork that he couldn't explain. They checked the tires, pressures, and fluids for free. That is a real nice service. Other than the mix-up, he was polite and was trying hard, which I appreciate. These were minor things. Overall, the service was good and the employees were attentive. Note: I had to select an employee that I worked with in order to submit this review. I chose Brian Butcher, but I don't know who I actually worked with. I don't have the paperwork with me that says the guys name. More
Alternator Battery Died - overnight drop-off My Prius wouldn't start and couldn't be jumped so we had it towed to Maita on a Sunday afternoon and used the overnight drop box. I was immediately c My Prius wouldn't start and couldn't be jumped so we had it towed to Maita on a Sunday afternoon and used the overnight drop box. I was immediately contacted on Monday morning. The rep already knew that I had an appointment coming up in two weeks for a recall and asked me if I wanted to have it taken care of as well while the car was being looked at. I ended up needing to have the alternator battery replaced. All was done by 3pm on Monday and I picked up my car with plenty of time to spare at the end of the day. Thank you, Brian, for saving me a second service trip for the recall. :) More
