Wait,wait,wait Upon arriving I expected to have my vehicle serviced within a couple of hours. Instead, I discovered that the part had not even been ordered! From the time of my arrival to the time the car was ready was almost eight hours! I have usually been pleased with the service from this location. Unfortunately, this time the service bore little relation to my past experience. I certainly hope things are better the next time I bring in a vehicle for service. Erik Pihl More

As usual, the tech was very diligent and found what was probably the root-cause to these problems, and fixed them! Although the Toyota dealers seem to charge dearly for their service, they also did though enough to save me about $400 in additional repairs and parts at the same time! More

Great Service....Quick and Friendly Had a 7:30 AM appointment but arrived at 7:00 am. Was taken right in and 6000 mile service was complete in half an hour. Live in Lincoln and though the drive is about twelve miles more than the closest dealership, I was so satisfied that I will continue to go to Maita. very efficient Whenever I bring my car in for service, even if its only for an oil change, the service people seem to check every detail of the car. Sometimes there are things that I wouldn't notice while driving. For instance a while back they changed the light bulb in the blinkers (didn't know that it had gone out), or checking belts to be sure they are in good condition. I feel very secure about my car after a service call. The service people are always polite and courteous. I know my car is in good hands with Maita. More
