Flat Tire On a Friday, I brought my car in to Maita to repair tire purchased from Maita Toyota. Screw was in the tread portion of the tire so I thought it would just be plugged. After inspection, screw shedded hole so mechanic said it wasn't safe to plug and required replacement. Tires were under warranty so it wouldn't cost me anything. They put my spare back on and verified shipment of tire on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Tuesday, my tire was replaced free of charge. Service personnel were very helpful and professional. More

My 4Runner has been extremely reliable, but Maita Service has been quick to diagnose accurately the few issues I’ve encountered. I’ve also found their staff of service advisers totally professional, courteous and helpful in making both wise AND economical decisions when determining if/when a repair or maitanance is necessary. Bob Picci is my favorite adviser, but you’ll have a great experience no matter who serves you. Terrific waiting area, rental cars if needed- love this place. More
