Starting to have some minor changes in the behavior of my transmission. Was told I would have to leave it for 2-3 weeks to have someone look at it. It was on a lift. They wouldn’t even look for a leak and check the fluid level. Was told bringing it back in 2 weeks was not an option. Very disappointing. Have been doing business here for 7 years. Everyone that I knew here in service is gone. More

You ask for a service to be done because you know something needs to be fixed and they say no it’s ok, it doesn’t need to be fixed. 3 months later yo You ask for a service to be done because you know something needs to be fixed and they say no it’s ok, it doesn’t need to be fixed. 3 months later you have to pay almost $3k because they have to fix now the part that was supposed to be changed 3 months ago.
