I took my vehicle in for an oil change with a 7:00 am appointment, first one in line for the day. I showed up at 6:45 am. At 9:00 am I went looking for the service person handling my work order. He was appointment, first one in line for the day. I showed up at 6:45 am. At 9:00 am I went looking for the service person handling my work order. He was out. The work was completed at 9:30 am and no explanation for the delay was given. No one from the dealership approached me the entire time to warn me of a delay. I will find a different dealer or service center to handle my oil changes in the future. More

There is a lack of knowledge, sense of urgency and understanding when dealing with Darreyell. The service advisor role does not seem to suit her. She had very little product knowledge she over, promis understanding when dealing with Darreyell. The service advisor role does not seem to suit her. She had very little product knowledge she over, promised, and under delivered every time we communicated and struggled to do simple tasks like email me a picture of my vehicle. If they assign her as your service advisor, I would say to immediately ask for any other advisor. More
