Covered under warrantee but costing me time - two trips to get fixed after taking possession of 2018 cart and I can't drive anyone in front passenger seat until part is available at local dealership and fixed. Other unresolved issue: missing floor mats. Spoke twice to sales department reps who promised to call back with resolution and left one email for salesperson. So far - ignored, no call backs.. no floor mats. More

Best car buying experience in a long time.. We arrived to the dealership on Saturday afternoon and just wanted to casually look at a F350 Limited that my husband had his eyes on. We were promptl We arrived to the dealership on Saturday afternoon and just wanted to casually look at a F350 Limited that my husband had his eyes on. We were promptly greeted by Mason who answered all of my husbands questions and within 2 minutes had the keys to the truck in his hand. Rewind about 30 minutes later and we were working on the deal. While my husband was looking over the truck I noticed a white Expedition Platinum and again Mason promptly grabbed the keys and had me in the vehicle. From the sales manager to Aaron in finance everyone was SO friendly. After my husband signed papers on his new "dream truck" we took a test drive in the Expedition. Needless to say about an hour later we were signing the papers on my new Expedition! 2 new vehicles in one day! Mason was so good and we honestly never felt pressured at all. He was knowledgable about the different features offered on our vehicles and was very casual in his sales approach. I'm in sales for a living and I told Mason he made it no fun at all because there was absolutely no back and forth on pricing :) By the time we signed the papers on our Expedition the APR that Aaron had initially quoted was even better than we were first quoted. Seriously such a great car buying experience! We will definitely be returning and will tell everyone how great you all were. p.s. We were never a fan of MOG Ford and in fact went to a dealership about 45 minutes away 2 years ago. You can definitely tell that the new management team has worked extremely hard cleaning this place up! Everyone we encountered was top notch! Thanks, MOG FORD! More

During the finance part of the process, we were told it was optional and asked if we wanted it. Huh?
