We found a non Ford vehicle being sold at this location which is the only reason we came to this dealer. While they were nice initially and the process was smooth- we were promised during negotiation that which is the only reason we came to this dealer. While they were nice initially and the process was smooth- we were promised during negotiation that a second key would be provided to us after the deal. I’ve called 4 times, emailed 3 times and no response to where the second key is. If they were men of their word- they would have taken care of this by now. And oh- slo- I have a 800+ credit score and they tried to inflate the interest rate- I get that may be normal- but seemed very off putting. And then the sales associate told me we would have the 10 year warranty- then back office said no. Seemed like they are not well versed in non Ford cars. More
