Misdiagnosis and no follow through to fix my truck F150 truck was leaking water through sunroof. Had to wait a week for “leak experts” to be there. They stated the leak experts only were available 1 da F150 truck was leaking water through sunroof. Had to wait a week for “leak experts” to be there. They stated the leak experts only were available 1 day/week. After finally getting truck looked at, they stated a $1,300 repair and 3 days to order parts. 2 weeks later no one ever called me back so I called them. They stated parts were still on order and they were waiting. Service dept stated they would call back in a few minutes with status updates. Never got a call back so I took my truck to another Ford dealership. They found drains were clogged and had it fixed the next day for $200. Buford location finally called me after a month of waiting and said parts came in....I will never go back. More
