I am sooooooooooo happy with my purchase of the Ford Focus. I told my friends and family about the Focus and how pleased I am with its performance. They were wonderful. When I walked in I was pleased to see my name on the board for an appointment, my sales person was ready and eager to assist me. The coffee was great too! The sales person Sean was able to listen to my needs and get me into a car I love (which seemed like minutes), that was right for my lifestyle and my purse. Your staff appeared to really understand my concerns, like not having a lot of money to put down, and how much car I could really afford. I have purchased cars in the past, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. They were quick and seemed to care that I was happy with my purchase. The financial manager- William - was great as well. He was able to explain information related to the sale of my car in a manner that was clear and professional.
