And also pay for my scheduled appointment on July 15th for a tire rotation and a wheel alignment. Thank you Charlie for your help. More

Horrible overall experience NEVER GO HERE IF I COULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS I WOULD.....Lets start from the beginning. So my husband and I purchased a used 2016 f-150 with 23k miles NEVER GO HERE IF I COULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS I WOULD.....Lets start from the beginning. So my husband and I purchased a used 2016 f-150 with 23k miles on it from here on April 28th. Upon getting home we found large oil spots underneath the truck and that apple car play would not work. So I took the truck in to get serviced on the May 1st. They kept the truck for 2.5 weeks trying to fix it. I finally googled how to fix the car play in the truck and let them know. They insisted this would not work. I asked for them to humor me and give it a shot, so they did and it worked. As far as the oil leak they told me it was "residual" from the oil change it received right before I purchased it. So I took the truck home. 1 week later it was still leaking oil and had a slow leak in one of the tires since we bought it so i took it in again. Before even looking at the vehicle they told me the leak was still residual but they would fix the tire. We then drove the truck down to florida and back. When we returned the truck poured oil all over the place. So I took the truck back in on June 3rd. They then found 3 gaskets that were blown. Which sounds like no big deal... Except that this repair took then 3.5 weeks to resolve. Plus upon getting home after I left the shop I look to see what is making noise in the bed of my truck I find the plastic cover that goes over the engine. How in the world does a mechanic just leave a part of the truck off and call it complete.... But while the truck was still at the shop I spoke with multiple managers without any resolution. First I spoke with Sterling the service manager, he was rude and told me "well ma'am if I could predict the future I would be a millionaire" and said he would see what he can do about getting it done soon. So then I spoke with Kristen Renfroe a manager up in the sales area about the fact that we have had this truck in our possession for all of 2 weeks since we bought it and how I felt like ford should buy this truck back since it clearly has some issues. She then transferred me to the sales manager who told me " i cannot get you out of this vehicle and into another one at the price you bought yours for" so I then asked if they would outright buy it back and he said absolutely not. So I call Kristen again letting her know what he said and she told me she would talk with the General Manager and then get back to me. 4 voicemails, one visit to the store and 1 message with the front desk later and I have still yet to hear from Kristen. I have since contacted Corporate ford to get this problem resolved. They are working to see if this truck qualifies for Buyback. Meanwhile I also found out in all of this that this truck was BOUGHT BACK BY FORD from the original owner in California due to mechanical problems. They then sold this PIECE OF JUNK To me at a "Great price". I will never return to the Mall Of Georgia Ford. They are rude, uncaring and Liars. Please do not support this ford branch. Go elsewhere. Acceptable service I have been having my F-150 serviced here for the past 8 years. Overall I have been happy with the service I have received. My one big complaint is that even with an appointment and just getting an oil change it takes hours. I hate wasting half of a Saturday or using a half of a vacation day just for an oil change. It would be nice if they could guarantee a half hour or less or even an hour or less. I was also a little disappointed when I came in to get my battery that was under warranty replaced and the advisor initially said that he couldn’t find where I had purchased the battery there and then after clearing that up he tried to charge me $29.98 for “battery service” when it was supposed to be a free replacement. That experience has resulted in a loss of trust. More
