They added leather a week later and that was completely hassle free. I love my car and would recommend this dealership to others. Very pleasant experience. More

Unprofessional and Misleading deals First, don’t believe the value of your trade if you use the tool on their website. You won’t get that amount. Secondly, they added in the dealer supplied options, then show a big discount, and then charge you again for the same options a second time. Very sneaky. I caught them in the game and asked for the money back. Now they will not even respond back to me. Third, their website quoted a 1.89% interest rate for 48 month financing through Ford with an additional $1,250 rebate. I took this to get the rebate, but then they charged me for 8.64% finance rate in the paperwork, and that is what got processed through Ford credit. When I questioned them about it, they said they had nothing to do with the information on the website, and that was controlled by Ford. I contacted Ford Credit, and they told me that the dealership has control of the finance rate on the deal. Someone is lying. I have been a loyal Ford owner for the last 16 years, and have purchased 5 new vehicles through Ford at different dealerships. This is the worst experience, and most under-handed and non-professional experience yet. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will never go back there, no matter how good the deal looks. More

False Advertising & Illegal pricing gimmicks. Not one, but two bad interactions: Today I saw a great price on a Ford SUV. Call to see if it's in stock, they said it was and request to purchase Not one, but two bad interactions: Today I saw a great price on a Ford SUV. Call to see if it's in stock, they said it was and request to purchase it. Then, they refused to honor the advertised price and blamed a computer glitch. First off, one car being mispriced I could believe, but they supposedly mispriced almost 20 cars of different makes and models. I purchased a car from them in the recently and wanted to buy another, but after this humiliating situation, I won't do so again. When we called and confirm availability, it was in stock and we confirmed the exact model and stock number we wanted. I referenced the internet price and the salesman requested I take a photo of the internet price. We're very proud of our daughter, who just graduated from high school, enrolled in college and is attempting to join the Navy Reserve, so we thought this would be a great gift so we called our daughter who we were purchasing this for and confirmed she was good with the color and to deliver the good news. She was really excited and called her friends, etc. Then when they refused to honor the price and it increased almost 10k dollars, I then had to call her back and tell here that sorry, we could no longer afford to get the car after the massive markup. We were all embarrassed, humiliated and upset. The second issue is also worth mentioning on the car I did buy from them. There were some illegal stipulations attached to it. In Georgia, all non-governmental fees must be included in the advertised sales price. We were forced to pay a 699 dealer fee, trade in a car and buy a $3k extended warranty or we couldn't buy the car. More

When I tried to get answers regarding the details of the problem and options for moving forward, I could not get a return call. I did not receive a call for nearly a month while I left my truck in the Ford service lot. I found it odd that I would receive such devastating news with no follow up about when I might pick up my vehicle or how I might choose to proceed. I did not approach the dealership with much trust but what little I had is gone. One very bright spot in my experience was with Alan. I had another sales rep (Stevie, Chuckie, or similar “...ie” name) who showed very little care for my situation ( or doing a diligent job) but Alan took the time to help me retrieve my vehicle and answered many of the questions I had been collecting since receiving the news. Alan showed me there is hope for your service department. I took the death of my truck in stride but the lackluster service I initially received was the real shock. I would give Alan 5 stars if possible. I was lucky to encounter him. The standard experience I would have had without Alan is 1 star since that is as low as I can rate it. More
