Poor customer service, No follow up,No communication. First Stephanie was never available . She never returned a call until this past Monday November 27th. The truck was dropped off Friday November 17. First Stephanie was never available . She never returned a call until this past Monday November 27th. The truck was dropped off Friday November 17. Both myself and my husband was calling and o the run arounds . I also left a message on the service managers voicemail on Monday, November 27 and to this day I have not received a returned call. Finally after driving up to the dealership Friday November 24th to get a status since service rep Stephanie did not communicate. We learned that the truck was waiting on the transmission department to check the trunk out. We returned Saturday , November 25 th to get a loaner truck. ...a truck we had to pay daily on when our truck was sitting for 9 days with no status. Well today December 1st we finally received our trunk back. There are some things your team need to work on . Communication and customer service is number 1. These are the important qualities that make up a service team. Do better This was the worst 15 days of our lives. More
