I had an issue with my car and turned out it involved a recalled part. When I brought my car in the salesman said I wasn't in the system and I felt dismissed by him and went back n forth with him as my car recalled part. I dropped my car off on a sat morning and also mentioned another issue I had. The salesman said we couldn't address the other issue today. I said that I was not in a rush and I could wait to get my car Mon afternoon. I got a call that my car was ready for pickup 15 mins before close sat. If my ride was here, it would have taken me longer than that to arrive there. Once I was able to get to the dealership, I found my car dead. I had to get a jump and go find a mechanic who was able to help me. Just poor customer care. More

My car was in service for over 2 1/2 months total. After supposedly replacing transmission the problem was considerably worse. However they refused to admit that jerking and hesitation were not a norm After supposedly replacing transmission the problem was considerably worse. However they refused to admit that jerking and hesitation were not a normal transmission activity. The transmission expert was very condescending to me. So disgusted with the service we got rid of the vehicle and bought one with a smooth transmission. Ford returned our vehicle with almost 300 extra miles, filthy and no gas. Couldn’t be more displeased. More
