Brian was fabulous! My 2021 Expedition shut down on a major intersection. I called and he calmly walked me through on how to get it started back up: I took my car in and My 2021 Expedition shut down on a major intersection. I called and he calmly walked me through on how to get it started back up: I took my car in and he handled it perfectly. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the technician that worked on it did not use the floor board paper to protect my car and left it in the passenger seat. I will make sure that does not happen again. More

I dropped my car off and didn’t hear anything for days. Had to keep texting and calling. Just needed oil changed and breaks. Extremely frustrating. Everything went well. I arrived on time and was immediately greeted as I exited my vehicle. Service Representative Brian explained what would be involved in the 95k mile I arrived on time and was immediately greeted as I exited my vehicle. Service Representative Brian explained what would be involved in the 95k mile service and estimated the price and time I could expect. It turned out that the break rotors needed work and the front break pads needed replacing. I approved the work. Everything was done in another hour or so and the price was tolerable. More
