Pretty good, they upsold me on an extended warranty package that my vehicle did not need. I had to go through the process of canceling the extended warranty package. The truck that I bought came with a package that my vehicle did not need. I had to go through the process of canceling the extended warranty package. The truck that I bought came with a very extensive warranty from Chevrolet. My vehicle only had 11,000 miles on it when I bought it. Also cash isn't King anymore according to the salesperson I did offer cash out the door for the price that they were selling the vehicle for and they would not go for it my salesperson went and spoke with his sales manager who did not even take the time to come over and talk to me even though I'm sitting there with a stack of cash ready to buy a vehicle. Kind of unprofessional I would think. Also out the door $50,000 plus and I paid in cash and they couldn't even do me a solid of giving me a tank of gas. I am happy with the vehicle but I'm not happy with the service I received at Mall of Georgia Ford. More
