I recently purchase my second F150 from Mall of Ga Ford. Both times were very easy and enjoyable. My only beef with them is that my latest purchase had a deep scratch on the front bumper which they agree Both times were very easy and enjoyable. My only beef with them is that my latest purchase had a deep scratch on the front bumper which they agree to fix. All they did was apply touch up paint on the deep scratch. Now I have to look at this flaw every time I walk up to it. I’d expect a better finish x for the price I paid for the truck. More

Service associate never bothered to call me back. ..my time. I urgently needed to get work done because the vehicle was going out of town. It took him 2 days of following up before I was able to get i ..my time. I urgently needed to get work done because the vehicle was going out of town. It took him 2 days of following up before I was able to get in touch. No other service person was willing to help because he was already assigned. That shouldn't have to be the case. When I finally got a hold of the service Manager after a followed up to find out if the work was done He left for the day without calling me back. Then I got a hold of the Service Manager who was extremely rude and acted like he was doing me a faor. He said that it was not his job to follow up on that service associates job. I also ended up paying for having the tires rotated only to find out one was out of round. We ended up paying for new tires at an out of town dealership because vehicle was almost undrivable and it was hazardous. Service Manager did not bother refunding my money which was for nothing! Sexy once again try to make it sound like he did me a huge favor. Service was exceptional in the past but it has definitely deteriorated! More

We were out-of-state traveling, and they were very helpful to work with her schedule and give us a loaner car and get it fixed as quickly as possible.
