The test drive was fine, bu While I have my dream car and the overall process was enjoyable. Over the last 49 days, Victor has only disappointed me. The test drive was fine, but when I mentioned maybe wanting to drive a different car he didn't acknowledge my request. I'm sure he didn't hear me but when I was weighing having either a manual transmission or a sunroof he told me I wouldn't ever use the sunroof anyways. I felt hurried along to make a sale, and while I'm 100% happy with my car, I never got the option to test drive a different model. I have (well had) an 802 credit score. I also understand the need to 'shop around for better rates,' but with an 802 credit score, it should at least be discussed with me when the first hit comes back with a really good rate. When I called and asked about why there were still 4 hits on my credit ranging from mail order houses, personal loans, bank enquiry and auto finance he once again spoke in a hurry without listening to why I was calling, mansplained 'shopping around for rates' and told me it would reduce to 1 hit after 30 days. It has now been 49 days and it has not done as he said. I will always recommend Mini and I'm not even against this dealership, but I certainly wouldn't recommend Victor. Don't set up expectations only to have them not come true. More
