Arusha Hunter made our day just by walking up and saying Hi. He is a real asset to the dealership because of his openness, genuine friendliness, and easy going pitch. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle line, and so kindly and funny. We are snooty people, understand, and have walked off or just turned away from many a car salesman. Ru was a joy to meet, and a relief to work with. I could go on about how he hung around with us until 'way late on a Friday night (long after the sale was a done deal), how great Milton the Sales Manager has been, how fantastic Aaron the Service Manager has treated us, and what a great job Matt the General Manager did when we needed help with an issue, but you'll find out all about it. It has been a month now, and we are so happy with our 2015 Cooper S Clubman. The price for this very sporty and well-appointed car was less than we expected, the finance end has been perfectly seamless, the Service has been a jaw dropper, and our driving experience has been one delightful discovery after another.
