Tim was great. Kayleigh was rude and disrespectful. She acted very childish when I decided not to accept the deal. I explained to her what I wanted and didn’t want in a vehicle and payment. She disregarded everything I said. I expected more from someone who is in management, especially over financing. I requested to go to my bank for financing. She told me, No let us try first. So I did, trusting that she would do as I asked as far as vehicle and money. She did the opposite of what I asked. If she had not been such a hard seller and so dishonestly persuasive, I would’ve had a much better experience. I will NEVER go back there. Kayleigh needs more training in customer service. She needs to know how to treat the customers with respect. Instead of storming off and rolling your eyes when the deal didn’t happen Kayleigh, you should’ve been more dignified and respectful. More
