A total horror show from the get go. Unhelpful, underhanded. The only bright spot the finance and service departments. I will never ever purchase a car from them again. If you aren't rich, they don't want you. They only want ppl who are there to buy the 70k Buick/GMCs. I felt like I was bothering my salesman. I have been a customer at the Malouf dealerships for over 40 years and even in these times of shortages they were fantastic to work with. My salesman was Phil Redfield,he did an outstanding job figuring out 40 years and even in these times of shortages they were fantastic to work with. My salesman was Phil Redfield,he did an outstanding job figuring out how to break down different options/packages so there would be minimal delays. Phil called me the morning the truck was delivered to the dealership,had it prepped and I was able to pick it up that afternoon which worked out great as I was leaving on vacation the following morning. Todd Nebbia in the finance department was a great help in making the paperwork transactions go seamlessly. Thank you to the entire Malouf team. More
