He kept in contact with me for months doing research and giving me updates without being pushy about it. Eventually I changed my search for a new model. He was able to find the exact model I needed (which was very rare) and gave me a great deal on it. He even got me a few extras that saved me even more money! I never had a Ford before, but after my experience with James and this dealership, I'm sure my next personal vehicle will be a Ford too! More
