Allowed ME to make the decisions with no influences or pressure. For over 7 years, Service Managers have always been very helpful and upfront with me. Often I have to wait for repairs and servicing on my vehicle. They definitely had my vehicle ready in a timely manner. Parts dept has always been great in ordering accessories too! Picked Malouf over other dealerships due to their high dealer rating and have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend stopping in to see them. More

Experience with this service center rectified I took my car in for a message on the car's dashboard the transmission is overheated, stop safely... they ran vehicle diagnostic and stated they only I took my car in for a message on the car's dashboard the transmission is overheated, stop safely... they ran vehicle diagnostic and stated they only found an issue with the car's battery. I took the car home 300 hundred dollars later and the same message popped up the transmission is over heating... The service center then found the issue was related to a computer chip and this was replaced with no change incurred to me and they were able to reinburst me for half on the car rental. I am a now satified customer now... . More
