He has aways made my experiences pain free and quick, while also giving me a great deal.Super communications, understood exactly what I wanted to pay and what car and equipment I wanted. Very honest and to the point. I am proud to say, Charlie has become a friend. Bill Barton handled my "taking" of the car. He was very much a professional and detailed from the beginning. Well spoken, polite, respectful and concerned for my understanding. He explained all the paperwork while walking me through the entire process in a timely manor and making sure I understood each and every piece of paper that I signed. He was helpful and insightful in assisting me download the Lincoln App and set it up.Finally, he would not leave me with the new car until he went over inch of the car thoroughly and that I was confident in understanding all the new gadgets. By the way he handled my insurance transfer professionally and also the transition of my registration. In and out quickly, as he was respectful of my time. Robert Santoro -- one of Malouf's salespeople -- showed me their inventory and answered all my questions about the different models, even though he knew I had pretty much settled on another vehicle. His sales manager looked at the window sticker for the Delaware truck and came over to personally tell me it was a great deal and that I should probably grab it. He was so nice -- NO pressure. Later, Mr. Santoro called to see how it had all worked out. What a great guy. Even though I'm not buying my truck from them I will certainly get my new truck serviced at Malouf Ford. More
