A special thanks for having Don Brown running with my transaction was second to none. My salesman Bill Forsythe knew the product inside and out! I wouldn't buy another ford or Lincoln from anyone else. The staff including Dino.Dino Jr and service manager Gerry are also the best in representing Mr Malouf. I cant thank them enough. Gerry has a service department full of talent including John Sawyer a true master at troubleshooting vehicles. His skills are the best I have seen and Im a technical tradesman! Over the years we have purchased vehicles from Malouf Cadillac, Malauf Chevrolet, and most recently from Malouf Ford/Lincoln. While all of our experiences with each dealership Malouf has been exceptional, I can’t shower enough praise on Dino Jr., manager, and Bill Forsyth our salesman at the Ford dealership. Each gentleman was extremely professional. They gave extensive information related to my purchase and while I was considering the various vehicle options, they allowed me time to assimilate the information requested and provided. This was definitely not a dealership where they rushed you to a sign on the line experience. So, after walking the lot with Bill Forsyth and thoroughly discussing each vehicle with its options I took a test drive and subsequently purchased a 2016 Ford explorer Sport. The final price was again better than that of other Ford dealerships from which I had obtained quotes. Malouf has always given me the best deal and all without any hint of game playing. It’s a great feeling when you can complete a deal and feel satisfied that you as well as the dealer received a fair shake. More

Completely painless Typically when I buy a car, the salesperson will play games and try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. The same goes for the finance guy who will try to push an extended warranty, tire protection, etc. There was none of that here. Just went in, bought the car, and paid a fair price. Will never go anywhere else to get a Ford! More
