The sales person Robert Santoro did not seem interested in making the sale at first, my encounter with him seemed awkward at times, as he was not offering any helpful information on the vehicle. I had to look up any important details on the website in reference to the vehicle of my preference. Not even offering a test drive. We watch while other sales reps, walked around with clients offering up any details and support that the client needed. Now that is what I call good customer service. However, things did take a turn for the good, the next day when Robert was out and I met with James Lennon, who was very helpful and informative, the closing went well. After all this is my third purchase from Malouf Ford, I was not ready to write them off. More
